Newbie question again lol

Been vaping a little over 2 week after quitting cigs but my mouth is irratating me I have kinda like pizza burn on roof of my mouth and my tongue is sore (see pic) any idea what this is or why it's happening? I started at 80watts and have since dropped to 35 incase I'm burning my mouth. Any help would be grateful thanks.

when i quit the smokes 6 years ago my tongue did not look like that, the tongue been sore is more likely down to your body detoxing all that shit from the cigs & doubt you are burning your mouth..

are you drinking plenty of water as vape causes dehydration and can affect people differently.
and as Mutley said detoxing all the toxins out of your body couls well have something to do with it. the cleaning process can awaken many things that were masked by all the shite we used to inhale.
edit
juice variation is a must as that could be the first sign of vapours tongue. changing favour regularly eradicates that.
shinyitis time. get another kit and use a different flavour.

Oh guy, just wait till you gums start giving up all the gunk, you've smoked.
I had a sore tongue and gums, coupled with Godzilla breath, for a fair time. Just after I gave up and started vaping.
Be assured, it's the cigarettes, not the vaping, causing you problems.

Yeah thanks I'll rough it out and see what happens. I doubt it's vapours tongue I have 2 kits and 6 flavours atm and rotate daily one for menthol/cinnamon and the other for my fruits, I also stay hydrated being a ex stoner I know what it's like to get dry mouth lol...thanks again

Yh thanks so in no way do you think it's vaping at 80watts burning me then? Still gonna vape low till this goes away it sucks but still not gonna buy them dirty cigs lol

Also my pic of my tongue it isn't the white that's the problem(that's me pushing out too hard lol) its them few red spots on the end

The red dots do look like little burns to my eyes. It could be spit back but if it really is spit back causing it then you should be feeling it as it happens as you definitely feel little drops of red hot juice hitting your mouth or tongue as it happens.

What kit and coils are you using?
