Newbie question

Hi guy's, just bought a vandy vape b3, waiting for delivery. Just want to know what clapton wire to use with it. I know it comes with a couple of coils which vape at about 0.7ohms. But I'm currently using the siren and using kanthol and about 1ohm. I would like to buy a roll of clapton to make my own and save some money. Cheers.

Cheer's Mr dj. I've been vaping for a few years now, but always used the siren coz it was simple, but they don't sell the model I've got anymore, so thought I'd have a look at the vandyvape b3. Hope someone can help me find the right wire as I've never used clapton before.

If you really want to save money, just use plain wire, around 28awg, works just as well.

Hi John R, I've been using normal kanthol for a few years now, but wanted to try clapton. I've been told the flavour is much better. I found some ready made clapton coils on amazon, but they were about £7 for 6. So I just wanted to find a roll of clapton wire that I could use on the b3, and still vape about 1ohm at 14.5 Watts, or whatever is the equivalent. Cheers though.

It's on a roll. You can get stainless steel or nichrome (Ni80)

Any idea which gauge I need to get about 1ohm on each coil? I've never used it before, and a bit confused with all the different gauges,and which type is best steel or nichrome? Cheer's.

SS clapton you would probably need 7 wraps for 1 ohm I think.
