Newbie struggling :(:(

Great advice already given, you may need a variable voltage device to up the power delivery to your tanks coil :)

Also check your coil ohm's as most suppliers provide 2 to 2.2 ohm replaceable coil heads, try a lower one 1.8ohm this may help ;)

I gave up at Christmas after smoking for over 50 yrs. All I use is a 1100mah variable voltage battery with a bottom coil cartomizer, very basic. The thing which saved me was cigarillos liquid by House of Liquid. Not cheap but best tobacco liquid I have used, and I have used a few !!. Good luck.

Hi All, New here too. What a fantastic place, so pleased to have found you!!

Congrats on giving up after 50 years. Heard a lot in the news recently about vaping not being proven to help give up smoking. I am three weeks in to ecigs having been a smoker for 27 years and it was easy with ecigs. I like custard and fruit flavours. I smell people smoking now and I really don't like it. Never going back to smoking again.

As others have said, it all comes to getting the right combination of kit and gear, but for me the main thing was getting the right e-juice, going from cheap juice to a decent quality flavoured that I enjoyed made all of the difference, I spent the first 2 weeks hating vaping but putting up with it for the wife and kids sake, I went to a new shop about fifteen miles away, when visiting family, and popped in to see what they had, they had some samples in CE4s on egos and tried a couple and was converted straight away.

Now I'm spending my time trying to perfect my experience. It is definitely a case of rubbish in rubbish out though.

Good luck sorting it.
Steve

:welcome1: Hello and what they all said!!!

Hi thanks for taking the time to reply I really appreciate it :):)

I think I'm going to have to upgrade and also look into different ejuices. I've already starting looking into the recommendations you all made. I'm also trying to change my technic of how I vape I don't think I was doing it right. Can I ask if any of you had sore heads and nausea after quitting smoking ? I was wondering if I was maybe overdosing with nicotine because I chain vape?

Thanks again

I hear what you are saying about the headaches and stuff..its I think the body maybe reacting to the non supply of trash additives that it was getting from the cigs ....I had the same trip..and was also chaining ..I kept hydrated and it passed
hope it helps ya ...stick with it ..

A few people have said MVP 2.0. I have one and I love it. Only problem I find is it's not very portable. I'd check out the form factor and think how you'll carry it around...unless anyone has any tips?

yeah your set up can drastically change things around, also decent juices
