I heartily back the recommendations for the Igo-L as a dripper and the RSST if you're keen to try a Genesis style atomizer. I bought both of them as my first venture into rebuildables and they really are easy to get set up. The Igo-L took 2 minutes - if that - from start to finish. It really was that easy. Keep your coil raised above the deck, and keep the coil lined up (and unobstructed) with your air hole and you honestly can't go wrong. All you need to start is some Silica wick and some wire - 32 or 30 gauge Kanthal will do just fine! The Igo-W is the same, but it has 3 posts for dual coil set ups.
The RSST is unbelievably easy to set up too. A little trickier than a Silica build because you'll be using Stainless Steel Mesh wicks, but because of the RSST's features it really isn't bad at all; insulated wick hole to reduce shorts and hotspots, spring-capture on the centre post, sealed bottom tank so no shorts there either. It didn't take me long to get set up and the hotspots were worked out very quickly. Excellent atomizer - I still use it regularly~
For the RSST, you'll need some Stainless Steel Mesh (400 grade ought to be fine - I believe some people choose others based on their juices, but I've never had a problem with 400) and some wire just like the Igo.
