I mix my VG base at 3.56mg for me and 7.2mg for Mrs wraith (over nic-ing because there will be 20% ish flavour added to the base so should be roughly 3mg and 6mg when done).

I want to make a base that will turn out at about 10.8mg for my foray into MTL (will be about 9mg with 20% flavour).

I'd normally just take a litre bottle of VG and replace 150ml of VG with 150 ml 72mg vg nic but don't have enough nic defrosted.

So if I want to add 72mg nic base to 7.2mg nic base to make 24ml of 10.8mg base how much 72 do I add to how much 7.2?

I'm sure it should be simple but my brain has failed me.

Youll need to replace 1.52ml of your 7.2 base with 1.52ml of your 72nic

It's gonna be me the meds I'm on are kicking my brain cells out my fucking ears sorry OP listen to dale he knows his shit and I'll not be answering any more apologies
Hey i want it second opinionated i don't think i accounted for the small amount removed already containing nic.
TBH it screwed my brain getting to where i did so i could easily be wrong.

Good to see you back around btw :2thumbsup:

Thanks guys.

In the end it looked too complicated so I just did a 250ml mix with 170 ml of vg, 30ml of 72mg vg base and 50ml of pg flavour which should come out a smidge under 9mg and about 80/20 vg/pg.

That's perfect because I need to empty 100ml and 50ml out of two one litre bottles of VG anyway to make space for the 50ml and 100ml of 72mg nic needed for my monthly base mix.

10ml short is not going to make a difference in a litre. This way the extra 150ml is not just going down the sink.

The only questions now are whether the 20% flavour which is fine in big cloud chuckers at 3mg on 70w+ will work as well in a billet box clone with a 1.6 nautilus coil at 14w and whether the coil can handle 80/20 vg/pg.

In other news; iBottles.co.uk is back open for business so I have ordered 80 PET 250ml Bostons with twisty caps to avoid the washing up.

If you're taking 80ml of your new base mix and adding 20ml of pg based flavour it will make the final mix 70vg 30pg.
Can't answer the question on the coil.

Can't answer the question on the coil.

It's VG nic and VG with 20% PG flavour so will be 80/20.

Will inevitably end up going down the BB rebuildable rabbit hole anyway so may as well burn some nautilus coils on the way. My other hall's nautilus coils seem to cope, though, so might be OK.

Ah didn't read the top bit properly.
Tbh I'd have thought a nautilus 1.6 would struggle with 70/30 so 80/20 you'd probablg need to wait quite a while between toots to give it a fighting chance.
Taking a pin to the wicking holes wouldn't hurt.
