Help convert my juice please.

My brain isn't working it seems. I'd like to convert a 70/30 VG/PG, 3mg juice to a 60/40 VG/PG 14mg juice.
My Nic' is 100% VG.

How much nic' and PG would I add to, say, 50ml of the original to achieve my goal? I don't need to add any further flavouring.
