Just so u know, u can mix freebase and nic salts so u can get the best of both worlds, the higher absorption rate of salts with the added throat hit of freebase.

I recommend if u try this to simply put some freebase in your tank of nic salt. Makes it very easy to adjust the throat hit and if u have to dump it out u dont lose much.

Edit: remember u will have to shake your tank a bit and give it like 5 or 10 drags to soak into the coil

First off thanks for helping with the acronyms, I'm getting there. I only purchased for the first time Saturday and began using almost immediately. To be honest I went to a local vape shop with little knowledge and kinda went along with their advice.

I am using as a DTL, with a PnP M2 0.6 20-28 w coil to which I have set at 16 watts as it's not too warm. Seems to be doing the trick to some degree albeit throat hit is mild compared to B&H Gold. I note your point reference not suited to salts, and wondered if you may explain why. Am I doing something wrong, and can I improve for a better experience?

Hi there and welcome to the forum.
I think as a Starter Kit, they shouldn't have really recommended the Argus GT, but that being said the PNP pod tank is pretty versatile and has a range of coil types.
For a tighter more cigarette like draw, I would recommend the PNP R1 0.8ohm, R2 1.0ohm or the C1 1.2ohm which should give you better performance with 20mg Nic Salts.
