Happened a few years ago on the m6. At least the police were good about it this time, that time they brought in a fully armed squad and separated everyone for hours.

I got pulled by the police one night for Vaping in the car, he tried telling me I was on the phone! He could see the screen lit up and everything!
Took some persuading him that it was just the screen on my mod. He then tried giving me a warning that I was driving without due care and attention!
