So, I have x amount 50/50 flavoured juice with 0 nic.
I would like add nic to a strength of 3mg (72mg base) what's the formula?
Also, if I want to add another flavour to the above juice at say 15-20% (assuming it's vg based) and add nic to 3mg what would be the formula?
Using POTV calc (based on 20ml final result of 3mg nic(72mg base)) I could take out 0.8mg of juice and replace with the nic.
Is this the best way, to just remove what I'm adding?

Oops, forgot to add that as regards final vg/pg ratio, I'm not that concerned! It will obviously be a slight increase in vg and that's fine!

If your original mix is 20ml then use the calculator for a new 21/22/25/30ml (whatever you think) mix with 3mg nic then add the differences between your new mix and your original 10ml VG/10ml Pg.

To make things easy for yourself, calculate what proportion your target nic level is of the original - in this case, 1/24th, so aim for 24ml of which 1ml will be nic.

Make up your second juice at zero nic then add whatever quantities of each to make 23ml to add to the 1ml nic.
