Hi All
Came across this vendor when the name popped up in someone else's post as a regular user. Having browsed the site the prices are very much on a par with other web sites so duly ordered some new kit from them. One of the items had a fault when it arrived so a quick trip back to the site and the vendor lists his home and mobile numbers. One quick call and just over 24hrs later a replacement popped through the letter box with a prepaid envelope to return the faulty item.
Can I say thanks to James for such a speedy helpful service and I will definately be returning as a customer again.

I also had a problem with a battery I ordered from here, and they were really good and quick at sorting it out. Will definitely be ordering from them in future as their customer service was really good. Was unable to speak directly to jason as he was away on holiday at the time, so slight delay in resolution but even from on his holiday the matter was sorted within a week. Top service.

due to an unresolved problem and very bad communications i have to withdraw any implied approval of this vendor and state that i do not recommend the said vendor in anyway
p.s i know loads of people buy from this vendor and swear by them but i think you can tell a good vendor when stuff goes wrong it did in my case and it not been good , its not a case of vendor bashing i am just not backing them as a good vendor

Good to hear both sides, i am hopefull this was just a one off BUCCY. Would be nice to hear from vendor themselves as it is always hard to determine ....and that in no way means i disbelieve you in any way BUCCY as i say good to hear the good and bad

i hope it was a one off as well i am not into vendor bashing , but like you say good and the bad

updated to say this issue has been resolved as in i have binned the battery which was red hot when charging and would not shut off , i have taken it on the chin and just not going to bother chasing up the vendor .
ha ho live and learn i guess
