Just a quick review of the service I received from SR Vapes. I ordered the Savour MTL tank from them but unfortunately on arrival the pyrex glass tube was completely smashed inside the box. This was no fault of the vendor as the the packaging was in immaculate condition and cellophane sealed, (I suspect this was done in the factory).
I emailed Steve at SR Vapes and he phoned me that evening to apologise and confirm that he had some spare tanks on order and would happily replace the damaged item. As with anything coming from China, the tank took a while, but throughout, Steve kept me in the loop with updates.
Imagine my surprise when a package arrived today, not with one tank, but with four spare glass tubes. (Many thanks Steve).
I find it surprising how vaping seems to have spawned so many vendors who offer fantastic service and put their customers first, when other business's and outlets make a complete pigs ear of it.
Well done SR Vapes on securing a future customer.
