Paypal won't refund FT order that did not arrive

These are two of the dogs we got from rescue centres modelling one of my knitted coats.

I don't really do them myself. This year, I never managed to do a run, but I've had tonnes of donations from workmates for Manchester Dog's Home, where we got two of ours. One Westie aged 6 now 12, an OES 2 now 8, and a Westie from Many Tears, 3 now 5. (I think. I lose track of time).

Ah, Many Tears. They used to post on our forum. Such sad stories :(

Will try do that then must go to bed. 4am always comes round real quick. :/
 
My wife Debi is a bit of an artist. I'll have to suggest she offers a comission as a prize.

What was the order, hun?

I always tell Paypal it was collectibles.
 
I placed an order with FT on 12th October. Waited and waited ...and waited. Put in a ticket for non receipt of order. FT say it anded in UK on 9th November. Still nothing. I start a paypal claim. Still nothing. I escalate paypal claim.
I have just received this email from paypal;

We have concluded our investigation into your Buyer Claim. We regret to
inform you that we were unable to resolve this case because the complaint
was incomplete, issued incorrectly or outside the bounds of coverage as
defined in our User Agreement. As a result, we have not taken any action at
this time. Please be assured that this case has been noted in the seller's
record for future reference.

WTF?
Not wanting to get your hopes up here, but I had exactly the same e-mail from Paypal regarding my claim from FT (I ordered juice). The first thing I did was to ring Paypal and they said I had actually been refunded. I checked my account and there it was. A full refund.

I have no idea why I got the e-mail and neither did the customer services rep I spoke to. They said I should have had a notification of refund instead. Anyway, its a long shot but maybe worth checking?
 
Im in the same boat but its FT that are taking fecking ages to refund me.
 
Middy, raise it in the forum. The customer service improves ten-fold over the ticket system. Title it "geek, sufie, somebody help!"
Hope it gets resolved.
oh you mean the same forum that posted my name and address for all public to see you mean.. bunch of hopeless incompetent fuckwits on there too and dont even have the decency to apologise for leaking personal private data to all and sundry.
