I feel your pain Diablo, that is unforgivable, and sadly down to a single individuals incompetence I would imagine. I cannot believe that they haven't apologised, I guess they are not as concerned as we are with confidentiality and simply professionalism.

I had 2 packages that both showed as arriving in the UK in September but never got delivered to me. I opened a paypal dispute for both and paypal refunded me for one but not the other. . . . go figure!
Fasttech have given me the usual run around - go check your post office - contact customs etc. The Post Office have no knowledge of it at all and Customs say that if they had of seized a package belonging to me, then they would have written to me to tell me so. Nearly 3 months later and I'm still being told "But it will be probably returned to us as it was rejected by your country, please wait till we get the precise answer from Singapore post, thanks."

Opened my dispute by phone this morning and she automatically escalated it to a full claim.

I got an email asking if I was prepared to give it 1 more week,or have a fecking gift certificate for the value now.As it takes FT upto a week to respond to my tickets,I've gone for the certificate as by the time the ticket gets answered my week will've passed(so will xmas)and anything I buy with the certificate will give me some amusement for the whole of next year.
