When this arrived it was rattling inside the box, scratch and sniff was just printed on, felt very plasticy, poor build quality, chromed plastic on the tank. It was very obvious with this one. Fortunately I had another Pico I could compare it to. I'm sure people who are new to vaping would just assume it to be ok and just use it
