Hard to say.... I don't know anyone personally who's been hospitalized by it. But that doesn't mean they haven't had it and recovered, or were totally asymptomatic.

How about an option for those of us who think we might’ve had it? I had a virus in early March, I wasn’t ill enough to be bothering doctors with it.

My friend and his OH both had it when it was first hitting the news. He was in hospital with pneumonia for a few weeks, she had asthma and almost left us. Both in their 30s and other than the asthma totally healthy. Scary shit.

I know a couple in their 50s who both had it and thankfully pulled through but was touch and go for him for a while. I also know someone in their 40s who caught it and died.

Same as @Leni - I think I might have had it at the end of Feb, all the symptoms and knocked me out for a fortnight. Had also had contact with people back from China and Singapore. Dunno though - it was too early to get tested.
