reckon i had it just before lockdown was proper short of breath and felt like my cheeks were on fire took paracetmol every few hours that was it in total id say 4-5 days

How about an option for those of us who think we might’ve had it? I had a virus in early March, I wasn’t ill enough to be bothering doctors with it.

Surely that's the "suspect I have had it" vote Leni.

Same as @Leni - I think I might have had it at the end of Feb, all the symptoms and knocked me out for a fortnight. Had also had contact with people back from China and Singapore. Dunno though - it was too early to get tested.

As I said to Leni, surely that is the "suspect I have had it" option.

Me and the wife think we have both had it way back in January we felt like it was Flu but much worse we felt very breathless had high temps and felt very weak had no taste or smell and had to use my emergency pack as i have copd should of gone to the hospital really but we both hate hospitals took us a very long time to get over it did not no at the time but when this covid 19 came to light we felt we had all the symptoms they were saying we are just hoping we dont get it again as have never felt anything like it before.

M'Lady Vaponi has woken up this morning feeling rough and has a high temp. Got a test booked for 8am so as it stands she's off work and we're on lockdown. Although she'll now work from home.
Was inevitable really, she's a key worker and has been working overtime since March. :(

End of march had a very mild cough and didn't think anything of it. About a week later woke up one morning and felt like couldn't breathe properly. Not short of breath but like i felt i couldn't get enough air into my lungs kind of like gasping. for the first few days I thought it might just be anxiety but by the 2nd week I was thinking of calling 111, it lasted about 3 weeks and in that time i couldn't do much without feeling exhausted and out of breath. I have no idea if it was covid as I had no fever or loss of taste or smell but it was definitely something. My mate who lives about a mile away had the same symptoms and his brother who he shared a house with in lockdown is a key worker and tested positive for antibodies a couple of days ago but didn't get sick.

I'm pretty sure I've had it too. Phoned in sick in the middle of march thinking I had a bad cold. Thinking back, if you'd told me I'd not be back in work until September then I'd have thought you were mental.

Absolutely had it. The wife brought it home from hospital - which was shit because I asked for a sexy nurse.

Positive on the test. Positive on the anti-body test. Positive that my sexy nurse fixation dates back to when I was 15 and a sexy nurse hitched up her skirt to expose her stocking tops, then straddled me to adjust my hand under the X-ray machine. I've had a thing about stockings, nurses, and X-rays ever since. Not related I guess, but there you go - something to think about instead of COVID.
