Engravings.... hmm.. I'd say the sugar skull reminds me more of a cast than an actual engraving, whereas the suicide queen/king has that edge feeling to the cut where you know it has actually seen some work.

ok. the clone sugar skull engraving, that is more along the lines of original quality. the originals, they used ball mills in a CNC. the sugar skull, V4, and the like, i am pretty sure they "roll stamped" using a die, and the edges are rounded somewhat.
now. the suicide king/queen, pandora, skull & sheild, and the like, it looks like those were laser engraved, as the edges are sharp. and they cheaped out on the detailing. but for $20 ......

saying this, i had not considered getting a sugar skull, but now, i think i may.

I love using mine, I use specific setups with a specific liquid, means I don't need to fanny about all the time with rebuilding, just whip out the wicks occasionally and away I go again, saying that, this might be more a reflection on me being a lazy SOB than anything else, LOL

Didn't know that about the different techniques for marking the tubes, makes complete sense when you explain it like that.

Very nice, how you getting on with the Moneyshot? I had a similar one but I moved it on, wasn't a fan of the bullethole non-adjustable airflow, was a whistley bugger.

its ok, not bad, not special. see, the thing with my Purges, i want to keep them all Purge. so however the atty is, it is, i will just live with it. but right now i think its my coils, not the atty's.

right now i have 2 $hots & 2 Silencers, black and brass of each. and an Enforcer cap w/deck, and a black Carnage rda. all clones except the Enforcer cap and "perhaps" the deck i got with it, bought used on redddit.

just got these in the other day.

The slim piece is a good'un, far easier to live with than the slam piece which I eventually moved on.

i wasn't crazy about it at first, its kinda skinny for me, but i am getting used to it and i am starting to like it. with a 20s and 2 .20 coils in it, its not bad at all.

these are the very first 3 cores i have ever made, they are in that Carnage.

i like the SLAM more, it fits my hand better and a bigger battery.

I'm such a fussy twat, bought the Purge v3 which came with a Carnage but I never even vaped on it and moved it on, LOL. It came with the clamp already swapped out for the 2nd post and a silver firing pin.
