Is this real? Is it a spoof? Has a vaper designed an anti-ANTZ analogy and trolled it across the interblurb?

It is mentioned as using a binding agent that can hold about 50-60% of the volume,the binding agent(the powder)is a sugar derivative.TBH,I'd sooner drink the liquid variety(even though it could react with my meds & prove fatal)than a gloopy gel that is the residue of the binding agent.
