I'm new to vaping and so far had nothing but problems, I was given some advice to invest in a kangertech pro tank 3 as soon as I started using it I could tell the difference but after a few hours it began to leak and when vaping the draw was tight and liquid began to come through to my mouth. I cleaned it out and tried to Vape again but it was the same. I changed the coil and it worked perfectly but after Afresh hours the problem happened again. Any one have any solutions I'm a complete newby to this. Thank you

Once it starts gurgling it usually means its flooded.
Take the tank off your device and blow through it with some vapours towel (kitchen towel) underneath (to catch the drips)
Also make sure you clean & dry your ego connector on your device (battery).
As these and evods etc are bottom coil tanks I find the best way to stop it happening is to store it (between vapes) upside down.
This keeps the wicks out of the juice and helps to prevent this.

Thanks for the reply I've tried blowing it numerous of times tbh I've tried most things and the only thing that works is to just replace the coil and then it works for Afew hours then does the same thing again

I think the protanks are known for this sometimes. Certainly the gurgling. I have a protank 2 & tbh i don't think much of it. Don't quote me on this but some people i know of (No names mentioned) would recommend the anyvape davide over the protanks. I havn't tried one so i don't know but i'm done with kanger protanks. Others might disagree.

When it works I love it but changing the coils every few hours is ridiculous I just can't find any solution. It starts leaking from the bottom then the draw is tight you can't get no vape and then liquid shoots through

One thing to checkis that you are getting adequate airflow from the start, take the tank off your battery mod and take a draw on it, you should have a fairly low resistance, if not then the airhole on the base of the tank could be blocked, clean it out with a pin then try again. Once you're sure you know what the draw should be put it back on your battery mod and see if it's the same, if not then something on the mod / tankis blocking the air flow (usually the cutouts on topof the 510 connector are a bit shallow or the mod topis dead flat) best solution for that is an airflow controller or a different tank...

Changing the coils every few hours IS ridiculous. You shouldn't have to do that. I'm just going to throw this out there at the risk of being critisized but honestly, from all of the video's & reviews i have watched on the protanks & the comments added by reviewers who don't bullshit, it all adds up to one thing, Kanger just don't quite get it right. They make a product which is smart looking & the quality of the materials is good too and they keep throwing new versions out there, they have this basically good system but there are minor niggles across the board with their bigger tanks. People are talking about it often.
I'm just going on what people in the know have said & they share with us the benefit of their knowledge to save us the hassle. Some people like these tanks, what can i tell you ? It's your choice & your money.

Just a thought, another thing all new vapers do is to take draws on their vaping device of choice (mine was a kanger evod) as if they were smoking a tobacco cigarette - this makes it flood and it gets gurgly and spitty quickly. It wasn't until I read about it here when I started that I realised I was doing it wrong! :)

Instead, practice longer slower and much lighter draws on your e-cig and start sucking gently just before you depress the button as this will begin to draw liquid into the wick. Oh and you see the daft jokes on here about tissues? Yup, the vaper's friend :P Just roll the corner of a bit of kitchen tissue into a point and poke it down the centre tube of your protank every so often to collect any condensate from the vapour that has collected there and this will also help.

i use a protank and can honestly say its the best tank i have used. it does sometimes seem like it has blocked as you say a tight draw. when this happens i turn it upside down and give it a few taps on vape sheet (kitchen roll) to expell any condensate/spit. if this doesnt work i take the tank off and blow through the bottom again using vape sheet to catch any spillage. also taking a few draws with the tank upside down seems to clear it. failing that i take it apart and give it a good clean in hot soapy water. hope this helps
also as lilyred says most people new to vaping draw on the machine as if it was a cigarette take long slow vapes if it starts to gurgle slow the pull down a little.
as for the leakage make sure you tighten the bottom down really tight and make sure you have tightened your coil.
good luck with the vape dont give up its worth it in the end.
