Question about sweetner

Hi guys and gals, I'm getting right into my mixing now and have a question about sweetner, I have it on order but not arrived yet, some recipes I've found call for a percentage of 0.01% sweetner, at such a low ratio does it even make a difference? ,thanks again

Yes, it's powerful stuff. Even at 1 drop per 10mls, stevia and ethyl maltol can have a marked effect.

Yep one or two drops per 10ml can be more than enough in some cases

It also depends what sweetener you use.

Capella's super sweet is exactly as the name suggests so you don't want to use too much of that.

Last year I bought some ethyl maltol crystals from eBay so now I make my own sweetener to the strength I want.
