Questions about a Aspire ET-S BDC

Hi I just got an Aspire ET-S BDC to test out new flavours with without fear of ruining a plastic tank,
I was wondering what the best way to clean it out between flavours ( i intend to start with the mildest flavour and move to the stronger ones ) i read aboutusing baking soda and vinegar and was wondering if this was the best way and if it is do i do it with the atomiser bit attached?

Aloha there, no idea about the baking soda one, but when cleaning with vodka you leave it attached while its soaking
