Chefs vapour now have TPA Greek Yogurt concentrate mixing percentage is 1 - 5%.

Already got mine.

It's in mix already but not sure how long it will need to steep for.

It has Ethyl Alcohol in it, so would give it a few lid-off hot baths to evaporate that off, then I expect it will be good to go (depending on what else is in the mix).....would be cool if you could post your experience with it!

Typically I don't usually steep with lids off. I plan on giving it at least a fortnight anyway but sure if it works out I will certainly let you know. Hopefully it does.

Have you had much luck with the yoghurt concentrate yet. on my second Batch using it which tastes pretty good fairly fresh but not getting much yoghurt from both mixes

What brand of yogurt concentrate did you use?

it was the TPA greek yoghurt think its lacking the slight sourness yoghurt has although its not what i expected i still have managed to get a half decent recipe using it

The Flavour Art yogurt concentrate must be stronger than the TFA greek yogurt i might try 7% tfa yogurt.
I have 10ml steeping will add an aditional 0.2ml to make it 7%.
I did contact FA to see if the yogurt concentrate was available in the UK but they don't stock it.

the first batch i used 8% and the second i used 12% it might just be a bit more creamy tasting and less sour as it is greek yoghurt i might see if i can find some of the flavour art one from somewhere

How much strawberry and blueberry did you add?
The FA yogurt has Diacetyl.
