How much strawberry and blueberry did you add?
The FA yogurt has Diacetyl.

Just been using a single fruit flavour with it the last one was

Greek yoghurt. 12%
Sweet cream (cap). 2%
Sweet strawberry (cap). 6%

I know about the diacetyl gave it a steep a few times in some hot water to try and evaporate some off put it in one of these which I use to mix and steep

Have you had much luck with the yoghurt concentrate yet. on my second Batch using it which tastes pretty good fairly fresh but not getting much yoghurt from both mixes

I did try it but found it a bit sickly. Have left it to steep some more.

Quite probably.

I used 4% because I had other ingredients in with it. I think I'll try the Flavour West Yoghurt next, not too keen on the TPA Greek version.

Have you got a link to that thread, or the original PDF carbonyl analysis with the 0.00042 parts per milliliters of diacetyl in FW yogurt concentrate?

And, that's not very high, when you consider the big selling juices like Mothers Milk have independence lab results showing 2.75 Part per million of diacetyl (0.00275 part per milliliter) so, I make that ~6.5 time more diacetyl in an off the shelf juice, then this 0.00042 parts per milliliter undiluted concentrate

Sorry if my maths are off......its 5am, and Iv not been to sleep yet (and I like mothers milk too).

Is there by any chance someone could give advice or know of any websites that can help with making complex flavours please? Until now ive made flavours by putting everything in a bottle at once and hoping for the best but ive got a recipe with 5 flavours I wanna get right but struggled with the first few attempts.

Ask here, what are your 5 flavours and what are you trying to end up with?

Sure there are people here who will be able to help with suggesting some base quantity, that you can then tweak (and there will be tweaking, getting even a 2 flavours recipe takes a few tries to get it right, this then increases the more flavours you are using!).
