I made this and its very good. I also made it with 3% less graham cracker and added 3% sweet cream to make it a bit lighter and I prefered that.

It's pretty good isn't it! Best DIY recipe I've come across yet.

Also realised I don't have vanilla swirl. Got French Vanilla Delux and whipped cream though if I can substitute?

Yeah I reckon French vanilla, vanilla custard or vanilla bean ice cream will do just fine. It's only 2%

Only have cap custard as well, just ordered 100ml of concentrate.... I'll make something pretty close either way :D
