Thanks nick, this is as far as I've got, don't know if you can see the pic, the thin red wire that goes from under the usb port up towards the top of the mod has come undone. Can't seem to see where from though? Poxy autospell, meant Jock of course!

Should have said you don't need to remove the entire tray just reattach it on the top positive terminal on the sled

The thin one is usually the culprit as that shiny solder is the result of me redoing it after the original joint snapped off
