Revenger mini and changing the tank to MTL

Hi,
After a crap 6 months of pneumonia and suspected lung cancer,(now given the all clear), I've given up smoking after 50 years and taken up vaping. Cut a long story short I bought a Target mini first and got on very well with it. I found nic salts also helped a lot and changed the tank on the Target to an Innokin Zlide to deal with the salts. All good so far. I bought a back up vape to have while the other was charging which was the Drizzle Tip. Unfortunately the last three coils I've used have been ok for half a day then burn out. As it only cost a tenner I thought I'd try the Revenger mini which is adjustable and higher battery life.
My question is it ok to put another tank on the Revenger which will have a higher ohm rating and can deal with MTL and nic salts?
I know this may sound like a bloody stupid question but I've only been vaping 5 months and haven't smoked since. I'm 65, have no experience with vaping mods and tanks other than what I've seen on Youtube and it doesn't answer my question. I hope someone on here can help and sorry if I've rambled on but I am an old fart but vaping may have saved my life and I'd like to carry on and experience even more.
Many thanks.

Spec says it'll handle up to 5 ohms.

I've never even heard of anyone building that high, but it does mean it'll cope with any MTL coil you throw at it.

Welcome to the forum Zakk Label you have come to the right place to answer any questions you have.

Some stock coils are better at nic salts than others, when looking at tanks and coils they usually say if they are suitable for Nic Salts.

I haven't had much luck with stock coils in tanks apart from Pods which most are made for nic salts so I mostly use Pods or All In Ones for my nic salts.

You can pick up a great AIO like the Artery Pal 2 for half the price of a new tank (currently on sale for £12.99 instead of £27.99) which is great for Nic Salts and useful as a spare at the least.

No daft questions here as far as vaping goes so just shout if you need more info.

Thanks so much for your help. I'm using the Innokin Zlide and it's going great guns. Oh, and the coils are more or less universal. :):):):)

You can use any of the zenith or z-coils in the zlide tank. 0.5ohm plex 3d, 0.8ohm or 1.6ohm. There will also be a 1.2ohm available soon.
