Rhubarb and custard

My sister has asked me to make up some rhubarb and custard. She buys it from a local shop, but it costs her £5.99 for 10ml!
Anyone got a good recipe? If there is one on the forum already, I can't find it.

Hopefully I can tweek the flavour ratio. 36.5% flavouring seems a bit much.

Here is my recipe, and i must say its rather nice
I just make my regular custard recipe
Capella VC @ 16%
French Vanilla Deluxe 5%
Sweetner 2%
Dulce de leche 2%
let this steep for at least 3 weeks

then i add 7% of cup cake worlds (CCW) Rhubarb, and steep further for 1 more week
