I rather like a Rum & Coconut Custard. The proportions of the flavours will depend, obviously, on the relative strengths of your concentrates.
Pineapple isn't a flavour that plays well with others IMO, although I'd be interested to hear any theories to the contrary.

Hmmm sounds nice!! Might try that one. Where do you get your rum concentrate?
I tried a new juice from Stockport ecigs new cloud chasing range and it was really nice. The description says it has these 3 flavours in, that's why I'm asking. Cheers

Pineapple @ 6%, Coconut @ 6%, Bavarian Cream @ 5%, Dulce de leche @ 3%, Rum @ 4%, optional drop or two of sweetener to taste, but shouldn't really need it with the bav cream and dlc.
You can cut back on, or even omit the Bavarian cream and dlc if creaminess isn't what your after.

It's true it's an awkward flavour. Too sweet for it's own good. Only one off the top of my head it plays nice with is Mango.
My theory is to pair it with something floral like Lychee, or partially perfumey like Pomegranate / Raspberry with perhaps a nice citrus note like Lime thrown in for good measure.
It's been a flavour i've wanted to mess about with but i'm always too tired after work and too lazy at weekends.

I love pineapple with rum & coconut (to drink and to vape).
I've temporarily mislaid my recipe book, but I think I used a bit less pineapple than the others, and a little less coconut than rum. About 3 drops of cream can give it a pina Colada boost, too
