Salts Coils .. Which to use ?

Hi everyone
Relatively new to vaping and tried reading up on everything before I got into it but as you all know it's kind of a mine field.
I bought myself a VooPoo Drag S (about to upgrade to a Drag X Pro). Everything is going smooth but I seem to be getting alot of people telling me I'm doing it wrong ....

VooPoo Drag S
VM5 0.2ohm Coil
40 Watts
IVG Salt 10mg Juice

Is this setup right or have I completely messed up here ?
It seems decent, amazing flavour, decent cloud but I have read everywhere that this isn't good ....

Somebody .. anybody help

Vaping is very much do what is best for you if you get what I mean what works for you may not to somebody else.

Nic salts or higher mg juice is normally used at lower wattage mtl vaping as the nicotine reaches you quicker so vaping 10mg at 40W may make you dizzy or light headed with nic rush at 40W you would usually associate 70/30 juices at 3 or 6mg but if your set up works for you therss nothing wrong about it

If it's keeping you off the ciggies, crack on. If you're getting nic dizzies, I'd adjust to suit.

Wow definitely got conflicting information here then haha. I have tried normal juice but I don't like the throat hit it gives.
The juice I have now is IVG 10mg 50/50 and is super smooth. I am DTL vaping as I don't get along with MTL.
Going off what your saying is there a way I could setup my device which is PnP so I can avoid any adverse effects ?

There's always one person that'll look at the raw numbers and pick fault, like DTL on 40W on 10mg, I say fuck'em.

Everyone has told me the coil I'm using is to low ohm and should be around 0.6 or higher ... Which I could buy but struggle to find in DTL most high ohm coils are MTL

I'm confused

I understand what your all telling (if it's righr for me) kind of thing. Just want the best experience with it and I don't really mind spending to get it
