Well, buy a backup system, just in case your primary dies, just get something cheap as you're hardly working it hard at 40W. Keep an eye out for deals, try and avoid the usual high failure stuff like Smok.

I'm already sat on a VooPoo Drag 2 which I got from a buddy of mine. He bought it for CBD vape but didn't get along with it at all and went back to smoking bud

Wow definitely got conflicting information here then haha. I have tried normal juice but I don't like the throat hit it gives.
The juice I have now is IVG 10mg 50/50 and is super smooth. I am DTL vaping as I don't get along with MTL.
Going off what your saying is there a way I could setup my device which is PnP so I can avoid any adverse effects ?

You mention normal juice, im assuming you are talking about freebase nicotine with a higher nic content as you mention you don't like the throat hit it gives you, DTL vaping 10mg salts is quite high but if it works for you carry on, I use a 0.6 ohm coil in a geekvape boost for 20mg salts but thats more a restricted lung/mtl hit and vape at about 23w, im the same as you I don't use freebase nicotine as it irritates my throat and causes me to cough like fuck, salts work perfectly for me as I don't like or need the throat hit freebase nicotine gives me, all I will say DTL vaping 50/50 10mg juice, if buying in 10ml bottles must be costing you a fair bit of cash, as above I buy 10ml 20mg salts for my smaller wattage devices like pods / allinones, but for my DTL mods (predominantly squonkers with a profile mesh RDA) at 0.15 ohm and around 60-65w i buy 70/30 50ml shortfills and add a 10ml 18 or 20mg nic salt shot to them, this gives you a 60ml bottle of 3mg salts strength juice, just a suggestion if you decide to go higher wattage etc on a different device, or even try on your current device.

I vape 12mg nic salts at 45w on my single coil rtas and that's what suits me. All the advice is to use salts on a high ohm coil with low watts but I find I prefer higher nicotine at higher watts without the throat rip I'd get off of normal nicotine.

As you enjoy it and have no adverse reaction to it then I don't see any reason to change what you are vaping.
