Yesterday I posted two bottles separately, both about your average 30ml size and the postage came to £6!!! so...
Just read the headline of this: http://www.theguardian.com/uk/2013/may/21/royal-mail-profits-324m-pounds
Royal Mail profits surge ahead of planned sell-off
Annual profits rise to £324m as the government prepares to sell the 497-year-old postal service
I just googled 'alternative to royal mail' and found this site: https://www.ukmail.com/our_services_explained/parcels/default.aspx
And looked at their 'Bagit' option. But there's no price guide that I can find. I really think (as eliquids are heavily dependant on cheap mail costs) that we should be finding alternatives to Royal Mail. It's the typical capitalist model of: find something indispensable, privatise it and jack the prices until it's prohibitively expensive. That ol' chestnut was figured out long ago with fuel, since then it's happened to every facet of our existence.
So yeah, as a community and as members of the non-elite classes, it's our duty to fight this kind of bullshit.
If not by finding an alternative mail carrier then we need to employ smaller packaging - I think everyone should be selling multiple small bottles rather than one large one, for example 3 x 10ml bottles are cheaper by up to 66% than 1 x 30ml bottle.
