I made a recent order with segonote Home page and wanted to give a little review on the great service these guys gave.
I ordered and MVP V2 and a kayfun lite clone. All arrived next day recorded at cost free since my order was over £40
The MVP was the best price I could find and also verified genuine not only from the scratch code of the card in the pack, but also the fact they are listed as an Innokin supplier on the Innokin website. Great product at a great price.
However, the reason I wanted to provide some accolade to Segonote was the pre and aftersales service they provided, Sebastian was very understanding and knowledgeable when I wanted to explore my first RBA and Mod device and provided some very useful information. After a day with my Kayfun however, it developed a strange defect whereby the base developed a discoloring rainbow effect on the metal. I reported this to Segonote who immediately took responsibility in resolving this issues, after a bit of investigation by Sebastian he replaced the defective part and covered all the postage costs involved. Apart from that initial defect which was obviously a one off, the KayFun is excellant quality, nice smooth threads, doesn't leak, and performs like a beast!
I wouldn’t hesitate using Segonote again and will be back soon when I take my next step in the vaping journey – Top vendor and excellent value.
