Shaking nicotine base

I ordered some 72mg pg nicotine from darkstar and transferred it into smaller glass bottles to keep it fresh I gave the original bottle a quick shake before transfering it I usually just use it out of the bottle just wondering if it'll be the same strength or might some bottles be stronger ???

I looked into it and it seems that it should be fine and that shaking isn't really necessary but just wanted to know what everyones opinion is on it

Same strength, always best to shake all things before use.

....that sounds so wrong reading back.....
