You have a mate that could do it for you, anyone? If you've never done it, and say, they never have but their fingers are good that'd be the best shot I'd reckon.

I might see if one of the vapes shops I know do it if I cant

Same ended up using an oven glove, have heard you can do it with a lighter too no problem wrapping mine 1st attempt and was easy just them bloody insulators are a bastard when using hair dryer as they keep flying off

I just inserted battery into wrap equal length of wrap on each end then used hair dryer did positive first then negative end then warmed the rest of it once both ends sealed I watched a video first but pretty easy really
