What I'm beginning to wonder is if it's the 510 connector thingy they supply so you can build it (and indeed fire it on a mod). Could be affecting the reading?

I'm off to dig out my multi-meter to test it without said connector thingy. Getting grumpy, the window is open ............. the tank graveyard is beckoning ............

It's the connector thingy, as Jon says. Though mine still reads the same no matter how many times I unscrew it and what order I screw it back onto the mod. Except it's now reading 0.22.

What the fuck is the fucking point of having a fucking 510 connector so you can built it on a mod, if the fucking thing won't read your fucking ohms properly. Fucking thing ..........

Added to that I dropped the teeny deck on the floor, had to rummage about under the desk with a torch .............. and came face to face with a fucking spider. Face to face. By torchlight. And hit my head as I freaked out and levitated.

One thing, try and see if there is any play in that connector coming out the base of the rba that connects to the 510 base.

Do you need the connector part to actually use the rba in the Potato, or is it just for building on? If you don’t need it to vape with, I’d say have some faith in your build, wick it up and carry on ...

The thing is, I don't mind having to fettle stuff and I have patience with fiddly stuff. I DO mind a bad design. I'll be really interested to hear what you come up with, and indeed anyone else with the RBA who's tried this. Thanks.

I've a crappy cheapo multi meter, but even that's reading the coil at around an ohm.
