Hi @FilterLess Welcome to the beginning of your new healthier life. This is a very real solution to stopping the o' fags.

That feeling you get when you quit cold turkey, the one where the even nice thoughts are tempered with that.... but what about a fag... Well that shit you can leave behind.
Nic is all you love about bangers, the rest is just carcinogenic window dressing.

Vaping gives you that out. Now you can indulge without the guilt and look forward to things in life. For me it's owning my own boat and sailing around the West Coast of Scotland, while vaping!!!

The mind and addiction are very powerful things and are inextricably intertwined. You soon crave a good vape as you now crave fags, but it's okay to vape!!!!

This place is great to solicit opinions and learn all you need to thread the enlighten path.

- so the one advice I tend to give others who have been lucky/sensible enough to join POTV before purchasing their first kit would be to not bother with the CE4 and go straight for an Evod or iclear 16 as a first clearo (or one of the glass Kanger tanks if cost isn't an issue).

Yes, or the protank mini, or original pt. All of them plus the evod take the same replacement coils, so you can have a selection without having to have a bunch of different spares. I like the DCT tanks too.
