Replaced my posts with the velo ones without too many issues, build dual coils, popped on the cloud cap and yeah very nice. Except I noticed gappage which wasn't there before.

Stripped it down, single coil this time, original cap and yeah very nice but still gappage. However I rebuild the base , it's still there.

Annoying. Doesn't affect anything. No leaks. Just OCD. I've been fiddling with it for a couple of hours now so I'm not wasting more time and wire on it for now. Anyone else had this?

Your base is incorrectly connected Mark, without my snappy in front of me I cannot say exactly where it is but I had this when reassembling mine.

I think you have to put the screws in the peak insulator rather than in the gap

Wonder if you've been sent v1 posts instead of v1.5? Maybe worth measuring them and dropping them an email to verify?

I didn't know the V1 had a velo posts option. Cheers I'll check my order again

Update

Had a helpful conversation with Andy at Eden Mods. Ultimately issue fixed by swapping out an O ring at the base. Sorted

Velocity posts fitted in mine (twat of a job that was - wobbly as fuck to start with and still a little wobbly).

They seem to work though and they fact they're chunky old things reduces the chamber volume even further so it should be a tastier Vape

Something not right there, mine are solid as a rock.
