Review Snow Wolf 200w - Is this the best cloud chasing mod?

I have written a blog post on the Snow Wolf 200w Mod but i have had mixed signals about it, people saying that the Wismec 200 is better and that it is not a proper 200w device. I was directed here and want to know all your thoughts!
