personally, I find that taking people at their word is fine as long as they stick to that word. If they then renege, you have caught them as liars and frauds.

To this end I call Chris Davies MEP a fraud. His objection was always that TPD had to pass for the sake of tobacco yet looked to reassure us after the last vote that he was FOR ecigs being freely available to users, a last minute turncoat brings any and all of his policy promises into question.

Interestingly, we had the least cohesive voting out of all member states at only 30.56% - there seems to be a real split across MEP's for the UK so perhaps that gives us a strong hand to play when it comes to implementation here?
