Manufacturers who wish to do so can still apply for a medicines licence and would be able to advertise, have their products recommended by doctors and sell high-strength products with a nicotine concentration above the 20mg/ml cap.

The text agreed still contains a number of restrictions on the volume and concentration of nicotine that will impact on many small and medium sized companies currently manufacturing them and provides a legally uncertain future if they are banned in more than three member states.

Add this to it, which was posted tues. the 25th (day before the vote) Dave Dorn has a screen shot, to verify the date posted.

And nobody stood a chance, of changing it, whether they voted or not. The whole thing was rigged from start to finish.

The likes of Katherine Devlin and her team, need it. So they can go and hit them with a NEW E-CIGS DIRECTIVE.
1,000,000 signatures = 1 proper and proportionate e-cig directive that WILL have to be looked at by THEM
If people you know do support it, but can't sign it themselves, get there details and do it for them.

I've gained a few signatures today from friends on Facebook, I've been posting up a few of the links from and elsewhere to show the duplicity of whats been done, they dont need to give a hoot about vaping if they start to see that democratic process is apparently for sale to the highest bidder. I've also been asking people to sign and share it so the word spreads further.

I am finding that whilst people may not be arsed about vaping, when they find out politicians are fucking about, they are quite happy to do something that may stick one too them so try that angle to grab some signatures, every single one counts

I got my dad and bro to sign it they don't vape but they love that I do instead of smoking the gf signed it her mum dad and gran are signing tomorra and hopefully her auntie and uncle too
