It is made from leather and they do designs to order.

I got all enthusiastic with my Vamo,took it completely apart & used sections of a bicycle inner-tube to slip over each of the sections apart from the section with the buttons.I still get the greasy feeling from touching the fire button or the battery cap,but I've not dropped it once since I added the inner-tube.

Bicycle handle bar rubber grip will make it a little bigger but for him it might even be easier to grip

Look up lanyard wraps on youtube.

Tyingitallltogether is very good. Theres a weave called a koppa weave I think, I've done a couple on torcg bodys to add extra grip. You can get 550 paracord from ebay in sane lengths for not much cash.
