Squonk Wicking

My new GP dripper arrived yesterday Yay for me!
My VT Inbox arrives shortly. Yay for me again

The question is how do I best wick the GP for Squonk, should I put the tails of the wick over the hole, around the hole but leave it clear?

I just wick mines as you would using it as a normal dripper m8 and leave the squonking pin clear.

Cut my wicks a touch shorter than normal for BF mode, keeping the area around the hole free.. Great dripper in squonk mode.

Seems like a great dripper in non squonk mode, cant wait for my slow boat to arrive now.

Yeah. You've really got free reign with a squonk atty. When at home I tend to keep the cotton short. Just like an rta. But if I'm using it on the move I use more on the deck to prevent any leaks. Like gaz said the only rule is to keep the pin clear.
