Squonking with FlatWire

Easily the best wire for sub ohm squonk builds. Tons of vapour, tons of flavour and no spitback. Love that brochrome.

This is good stuff

Thanks for all the advice. Can't wait to work on my first flat wire build. I will be sure to post a few pics when I can for anyone interested to see.

i use NI80 flat clapton in my dead rabbit and brochome or NI80 flat wire in my wasp..

I haven't had much success with the 24mm Dead Rabbit, it has been benched after failing to find any half way decent build. I kind of just gave up on it... For now at least.

Don't seem to get much flavour or vapour from anything I chuck chuck in it. I'm sure imy inexperience will be the cause.

Will have to give it a try in my rda's. Tried it in my Zeus and thought it was rubbish. Lacked flavour and couldn't put any decent power through it without getting a burnt taste

Guarantee that's cos you didn't prep it correctly. Flat brochrome needs slowly warming up on half wattage and repeated strokes of the coil with tweezers. Otherwise the current super heats part or parts of the coil while the rest stays cold. Once ready it's pretty unbeatable.

I've forgotten more than once and not looked at the ohms to see they aren't where I would expect them to be for my build. The legs of the coil literally glowed and fried the juice.

And once you have done that it's ok to use at normal wattage?
