Hi apes 
So I recently bought an Rx200 and 4 x Samsung 25rs from Sr-vapes.
For a start the price was amazing, £38 for the mod, and £20 for 4 18650s (I don't mind paying that for the batteries, especially when they're from a decent vendor - no point in skipping safety!)
So I order them a few days before Christmas as a little present to myself, they arrived before Christmas which was a massive plus point.
I opened everything up charged up the batteries and put it all together. Upon putting am atomiser on the 510 connection I notice a near gritty feeling, and there being alot of resistance when screwing this on.
So I popped them a little email asking about it, litterally within minutes of me sending the email (I might add I sent this at 11pm) I get a reply back from them. Very helpful, and not what I expected (there's me thinking they'd blame me or something).
They asked to see how I was getting on with the device and they'd be happy to exchange it. In between our chats via email to them I gave the mod a little clear our with a cotton bud, which they also suggested. Low and behold it seemed to be fine!
3 weeks later and it's possibly one of my favorite mods, the resistance in the thread has completly gone and it's perfect.
So to sum up, I will absolutly be buying again from this vendor - their service is top notch with good prices and delivery.
I know it's a known vendor and they're good, but I just wanted to write this little review for anyone who's a first time buyer from them
