I can categorically state, that I have purchased them out of my own pocket, have not even told LT, but they do look after me, the exact same way as the do with the rest of their customers

Wow I've just had a really nice email from LTE with a few options, I will be choosing the one where they are offering to let me keep the mod and a refund of half the money.
