This is a review of a device that I got for free coz I named it:
From @stealthvape, and coming in at just under fourteen and a half mm in diameter, this is a cheap (£8.99, cheaper with POTV discount code, people), rebuildable, dripping atomizer, an ERA clone, though that means little to me as I have never tried an ERA, but I have tried an Octopus RDA, and an IGO-L, which both are in the same loose family of atty type.
Now, with it's width being what it is, this would be great on an ego-style battery, so I sunk it on to a Chameleon, which isn't, and I think it looks ace anyway:
Comparing it to an IGO-L and Octopus, it stands up incredibly well, giving the taste that the igo can deliver, without the harshness which can accompany the igo after a good whack of usage, whilst being a bit more realised and intense than the octopus.
Another bonus is is that unlike the octopus or the igo, the body won't fall off in a weak breeze, you can pick it up by the body, and adjust it on the mod connection without either having the body come flying off the atty base, or moving the airhole to where you do not want it.
The airhole is positioned just above the top of the base, and gives a perfect draw, not too airy, not too tight, just position it in front of the coil and you are away.
Unlike the igo and the octopus (Not to bag them out to much, I like them both, the igo in particular has a unique charm), this also comes with it's own dripper, which is solid and effective, and suits the overall form of the gadget:
One thing it does have in common with the igo and the octopus, is that it does heat up like a bugger with continued use, but it really isn't a big deal.
This comes pre-wicked, and ready to go, usually this means it will perform in a mediocre manner, but I haven't changed it yet, I haven't checked the ohms either, I just dripped, fired, and taste followed by massive plumes of vapour entered my life. Great vapour production here, folks.
I initially dripped thirteen needle-tipped drops of ejuice into this, my own pineapple, mango, melon, lemon and lime 50/50 concoction, with no issue, did the same a few more times in follow up, getting the odd gurgle, but after the initial fill, found that between nine to eleven drops seems to work fine, bearing in mind that it is smaller than either the octopus or the igo.
It really does eat up the juice though.
Zero leaking issues as of yet.
Tiny wick in there too, but it seems to do the job:
Anyway, this comes with an allen key for the wee screws, but as I haven't rebuilt a coil yet, I cannot comment, but so far, can't really fault this, cheap as chips, sturdy, big value, big vapour, sweet taste, I would buy this with me own dosh, deffo.
