So that's 10 wraps at 3 mm ID with 0.3 mm wire. 0.18 ohm is the right ballpark, I can't see why the TC is so far off to be honest.

Just switched it out for some 0.15 titanium 6 wrap 2.4mm I'd comes out at 1.6ohm tc seems fine. Will have to check with the Vape shop what TCR there ni200 has, if they know!
Did notice with the ni200 initial ohm went from 0.16 ohm up to 0.24 when heated.

...and there's the massive static resistance that's ruining the TC. Check your screws, contacts, threads etc. and see if it comes back down.

Yep sure is, used to use it in ce4 and Vivi nova heads. Next time I try ni200 I'll check threads screws etc, cheers
