Stacking batteries in a VTR??

As title says, is it safe to do this? Just got mine today but still waiting for batteries and want to try it out asap
 
As far as I know...the vtr is not designed to stack batteries.


So the answer would be NO of that were the case.

Don't know about that device either. But you will need to do your homework on battery care, if you intend to stack.
 
The VTR is designed to take one 18650 battery , putting 2 batteries in it (if they fitted) would be double the Voltage to the PCB (up to 8.4v) , at best it would fail to start untill the stacked batteries were removed but more likely it would fry the inboard electronics and render your nice shiny device nowt more than a paperweight..best you wait really tbh :) .
