This is something I just noticed with this new turbine, when you take it apart to wick it,there are three holes in it,
If I just use one wick,in one of the holes,[two of the holes are empty} Bear with me]
If I put the full mod on its side ,the juice is going to run out, of them two holes, then pour out of the drip tip,
So in affect it has to be kept upright,am i right or am I right.
Feel free to call me a fool.thanks

Pretty much frank, it's designed to be a genesis atomizer, so you can only tilt it slightly.
You could look at getting a 'bung' made of... something that wont burn.
Or, dual coil it (Use a wick that looks like an upside down U with a coil on each of the down bits)
This means that the silica (if it's large enough) will fill most of the hole, so whilst it will leak, it wont leak as much.

Thanks a lot mate I thought I made myself look stupid with that post,
I think I might get another atomiser [ I have seen some with a bung in the filler hole]
and keep the turbine for home use,I know if I take it in my car its going to tip over and empty.
cheers for the heads up.

There is no way in hell I am going to show you my cowboy coil build. But, and I know I leave myself open to a kicking here, but, I don't use mine as a genesis. Soooo, I went with ecowool instead. I know where I stand with wicking old school, whereas the whole wire mesh thing was still new to me when I first got mine. It was screaming to go on a kato hammer so I didn't have time to be fiddling with a new way of wicking.

i used 3 lines of doubled over ecowool so each hole had 2 lines of it going through. I don't have an empty hole. The turbine is relatively forgiving. It can be lay down without leaking. But it does overwick a little if you do lie it down. The most I have had to do in an extreme case is pop the top off to soak up a bit of excess, but it hasn't leaked outof the driptip once, nor has the chamber gotten overly wet.

forgot to add, I fill it with a needle tip bottle, so it slides into the fluid chamber through the edge of a wick hole.

I intend buying this genny atty eventually as I'm intending using ss mesh wickS,one in each hole & one wick will be a tube that allows filling with an 18G needle(I used this method on my present atty as it has 2 negative posts & only 2 holes in the plate,so the filler hole got a wick stuffed in it,& only issue is I have to be sure its full before I leave the house as I don't care for carrying a bottle of juice/syringe/needle with me,and if I intend being out for a lengthy time,I take a CE4 clearo with me) :)

If I had been up to learning to do the mesh wicks, that's exactly what I would have done. Dual coil is the only way to go. I only went the ekowool route as I was confident of doing it, it was quick, and ironically, I was happy how it vaped so haven't yet gone back to change it yet. That said, I will mesh it next time I have a bit of time as I need to do a couple of gennies soon. At the time I was running short on kanthal as well, just didnt trust myself not to screw up, and it really needed to be out and about on the hammer.

I am going to triple wick it,but use one of the wicks as a bung ,as was suggested earlier

If you have an 18G needle, use it to form the mesh wick round then remove it from the needle to torch the wick.Once you've torched the wick,re-insert the needle & roll the wick between your fingertips until it fits the hole on your atty.I left the needle in whilst I wound its coil to avoid pinching the wick & causing hassles trying to fill the atty. When I need fill my atty(Aga S)I use a syringe + 18G needle as the tank on my atty is ss so I've no idea on levels within, but using the syringe means I can remove some of the excess if I go a little over the max quantity.
