Hi,
I'm new to POTV and green to my new hobby of juice production.
With a little help from E Juice Me Up calculator I created a number of liquids yesterday. They are all 70vg/30pg at 6% nicotine to blast through my RBA Subtank Mini. The flavour concentrates were from Vapours-R-Us and all mixed at 20%; Bubblegum, Skittles, Custard, Passion fruit and Rhubarb. I've mixed a few flavours at 10% and added 10% Custard. The completed bottles were given a good shake and placed in the coolest spot of my airing cupboard.
What do I do now? I've got 80-100ml of purchased juice to keep me afloat for a week or so and I'd prefer not to buy any more if I can help it. More importantly... I want to taste my creations so I can get the next batch brewing!
In reading, there's much confusion of how long steeping should take. This also varies between concentrates. I'm lead to believe that Custards take the longest to infuse needing 4-6 weeks.
Has anyone got some advice on experience with flavours I've purchased from Vapours-R-Us? I'm hoping some of these could be ready much sooner!
There's lots of steeping advice on here involving radiators, whisks and drills. Does repeated agitation/aeration actually accelerate the steeping process? If it does I'm thinking a centrifugal device would be a necessary DIY project. If it doesn't I call off Hannibal, Face, Murdoch and Mr T and just wait... Impatiently!
Thanks for listening.
